You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft. Replacement or repair costs will be your responsibility.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 48 hours require full payment.
Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the hire day unless you have a credit account.

Yes, collections are typically Monday-Friday (10am-6pm) and Saturday (10am-1pm). We can arrange alternative times upon request.
